We are using data analytics working with our Advanced Analytics Centre (AAC), to develop proactive strategies to improve safety outcomes in all areas.
The peak performance program includes:
- finding leading practice and driving it into all businesses;
- delivering outcomes and recommending changes to policies, procedures, incentives and reporting;
- using data analytics to assist in developing improvement strategies; and
- having detailed and robust plans in place for each business.
